Royal Caribbean have announced recently that Oasis Of The Seas will make her big New York City debut in the summer of 2020!
It will be the first time that Royal Caribbean have ever based an Oasis Class ship out of New York, therefore making it the largest cruise ship to ever be operated out of the area. This comes very shortly after the news that Anthem Of The Seas is going to be returning to Southampton in the same year. Oasis will therefore be replacing Anthem to significantly increase the amount of passengers that the company will be able to take from the city in 2020.

Oasis Of The Seas will be the first of the Oasis Class ship's to undergo the Royal Amplified fleet upgrade scheme that Royal Caribbean are currently undertaking in an effort to bring some of their older vessels up to the standard of their newer ones. They have not yet released what upgrades she will receive however we can likely expect some of the features which have been seen on Symphony and Harmony such as the Ultimate Abyss (I can hope)!
Royal Caribbean will also operate Adventure Of The Seas (Voyager Class) out of New York once again, this time alongside Oasis!
