Freedom Of The Seas Major Amplification Underway

Freedom of the Seas has started her major amplification in Cadiz, Spain as part of the 'Royal Amplified' fleet upgrade programme.

New upgrades are set to include waterslides, new eateries and a reimagined pool deck - likes of which we have seen on the newly amplified Navigator Of The Seas. 'The Perfect Storm' waterslides are the same as those added to Mariner and Independence Of The Seas when they underwent their dry docks in 2018.

Furthermore, the Lime and Coconut will be added onto the pool deck along with Splashaway Bay, a new waterpark for kids. The adults only solarium is also going to be getting a complete top to bottom refresh - giving it a new look ready for the ships return to service.

All new experiences for the whole family will also be coming to Freedom, including glow in the dark laser tag and updated Adventure Ocean spaces. The teens of the family will also be getting their very own private outdoor deck.

Freedom Of The Seas is planned to return to service in San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 8th. She is set to be sailing seven night sailings to the southern Caribbean.
